Funding from the state program “Wirtschaft 2021-2027”

Phi-Stone AG specializes in the production of a very special form of zinc oxide, tetrapodal zinc oxide.

At our GMP-certified production site, we produce high-purity zinc oxide with a special morphology (tetrapodal-shaped), which is particularly suitable as an active ingredient for medical/pharmaceutical applications.

Details

Innovation starts in the north

Thanks to funding from the state program “Wirtschaft 2021-2027” with funds from the European Regional Development Fund (EFRE) in accordance with the Directive of the State of Schleswig-Holstein for the granting of subsidies to promote operational innovations (BIF Directive) (Amtsbl. Schl.-H. 2023 S. 3002), we are setting up a partially automated, scaled-up production in Flintbek.

This support enables the automatization of the furnace process execution and documentation, as well as the digitalization of the GMP documentation accompanying production in the amount of 40 % of the eligible expenses actually incurred, up to a maximum of €192,000.

This enables us to reliably meet the increasing demand for our innovative zinc oxide.
